Imagine my delight when I stumbled upon this perfectly preserved cicada while exploring Long Point Beach! Weird thing is, I had almost bought some prints of cicadas the day before, but I after much debate I went for the beetle prints in a wild quick decision in the end. I must have had a premonition this little guy was waiting for me in the future, as I always goes for winged critters when it comes to hanging things on my wall. Now I have both...and a crazy spiky crab head too!
